Exfoliate before use. Apply to dry skinfree from moisturisers. Apply using a self-tanning mitt in circular motions. Use sparingly on elbowskneeswrists and hands.

Allow to develop for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for a deeper tan. Rinse off and gently pat skin dry.
