The Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner by Hourglass glides on effortlessly to deliver high-impact12-hour wear without smudgingbleedingor fading. The creamyversatile formula allows you to effortlessly create a precise line or build to add definition for a statement look that lasts all day – no touch-ups required.

Available in four matte shades and one shimmer hue.

Twist base to dispense product. Retract and firmly replace cap after each use to prevent the formula from drying out.

ARTISTRY TIPS:
For a diffused effectdefine the eyes along the upper lash line with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Liner and blend with the Nº 11 Brush. Pair with a contrasting colour of 1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eye Liner to create depth and definition at the root of the lashes.

For a winged lookextend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until desired length is achieved.
